Billy Ray Collins

Bill Collins, born February 4, 1926, was the son of Floyd Charles and Ethel Wells Collins.  He married Mary Sue Butler on June 11, 1948.  Their children were Charles Dennis Collins,  Brian Ray Collins, and Marla Collins Boyce.  Bill served in World War II, and he died November 15, 2011.
