Veda Payne

Veda Horton Payne, born February 9, 1898, was the daughter of Eugene M. and Alice Bullock Horton.  She married J. R. Payne.  Their son Edward Payne, born December 20, 1920, and died November 10, 1921, is buried beside her.  Veda died January 5, 1921.  They had one other child, Ernest Ross Payne.
