Mills

This picture of the Mills family was taken in front of their home, probably around 1900-1910.  Left to right are James Washington Mills (1855-1917), his wife Rhoda Clifford Elliott Mills(1858-1939), and their son Brice Elliott Mills.  They had two other children, Joe White Mills and Mattie Lou Mills.
