James W. Mills

James Washington Mills, son of William Jefferson and Anna Barnes Mills, was born December 3, 1855, and died November 9, 1917.  He married Rhoda Clifford Elliott, daughter of John P. and Jane Ann Lewis Elliott.   Rhoda was born January 8, 1858, and died February 7, 1939.  Their children were Joe White Mills, Mattie Lou Mills, and Brice Elliott Mills.
