Dock and Essie Deuberry

Dock Elbert Deuberry, son of Jesse and Mollie Phillips Deuberry, was born September 6, 1893, and died June 22, 1966.  He married Essie Strasner on October 8, 1912.  Essie was the daughter of William Riley and Mary Frances Elliott Strasner.  She was born on May 24, 1894, and she died on January 11, 1981.  They had one daughter, Dorothy Deuberry Rogers, and four grandchildren, Carol Sue, Barbara Lou, Charles Lane, and Deborah Jayne Rogers.   For many years they operated a store in Brinker near the intersection of FM 69 and US 67.
